A New, Extended Survey for Teens

We need your input as we gather data from every corner of the globe to better understand teen knowledge about AIDS and HIV prevention education.  By taking one or both surveys, you are sharing your ideas with other youth globally.

This on-going research study will be used by Dr. John  and the PeerCorps chapters to design more relevant and effective educational programs and youth outreach.

This new survey is designed to assess the attitudes and practices of young people regarding sex, the sexual transmission of HIV/AIDS, and prevention education. Your participation will help us to prepare more effective training/instruction for youth to better avoid AIDS. If you finish the survey, we will send you a small gift – but you must leave us your email address, and a current mailing (or postal) address, otherwise a gift can’t be sent to you (leave information following survey.)

Thank you, Dr. John
