I born in Danang, central of Vietnam, in 1975. However, I and my family moved to live in Ho Chi Minh city since I was a child. From 1981 to 1993, I finished my secondary and high school. After that, I was in University to learn English. In 1995, when I was just a 1st year English student in university, I was invited to participate in a HIV/AIDS education speech of Dr. John in a park. It was the first time for me to touch HIV/AIDS information and knowledge which affected to my job now. We were around 15 youth to participate in it. The speech is knowledgeable, fun and impressive. Thanks Dr. John, you were the one who guided me to devote into AIDS campaign.
Later, I participated voluntarily in a communication project for youth which aimed to delivery HIV/AIDS information for young people in Ho Chi Minh City. After I graduated from university, I became a director of "Condom café" project to work with youth. And now, I am a coordinator of peer education program of the Vietnam HIV/AIDS/STI Community Clinics Network project (HCCN) working in Mekong Delta provinces of Vietnam.
