Joan Moyer has been a supporter of TeenAIDS and Doctor John's work with the youth of the world since it's inception. When Dr. John has visited Ontario to train youth, Joan has helped sponsor his outreach

Joan is the Telecommunications Manager for the City of Toronto, Toronto, Canada and has been actively involved in Telecommunications related user groups in Canada and the USA. She is an expert in telecommunications and the new information systems.

In her free time, Joan loves tole and decorative painting, teaching and painting for pleasure. She enjoys train travel and has been across Canada, and with Amtrak, has been in every State in the Continental US.
