I was born in November 06 1973. In 1975, my family fled to Ho Chi Minh city, South Vietnam when Khmer Rouge entered Phnom Penh city. Many of my relatives were killed during 3 years 8months and 20days under Pol Pot regime.

Afterward, I lived, grew up and went to school in the Khmer Refugee Camp from 1983 to 1993 under UNHCR support. In 1993, I returned to Cambodia.

I have been working for HOPE worldwide Cambodia since 1996 until this present. My first job was being an Executive Assitant of HOPE worldwide Cambodia and a translator for expatriate doctors ( 1996-98). During that time, I worked close with doctors and seen many abandoned AIDS patients neglected and isolated from a group of people. They surely need comfort, but no body wanted to be friending with because the way they looked born skinny and smelly with cronic cough. Then I started to help them, by cleaning up, took them to bathrooms, feeding them, chatting encouraging with.... Day by day, my activities impacted my friends. Not so long alot of young men participated until today, I have 100 volunteers. Then I named this group is Volunteer Corps. Mine was pointed as the Volunteer Co-ordinator.
In 2001, I was promoted as the HIV Community Project Coordinator. I am now responsible for three program; 1. Home Base Care - provide care for PLWHA at home. 2. Volunteer Corps -serving inpatients in four local hospitals and one hospice. 3. HIV Support Group -members are PLWHA meeting every Saturday, and encourage them to become peer-educators.

In the Phnom P{enh CHurch of Christ I am working as a voluntary work, in a position as the Representative of the Single Ministry which has youth about 80people.
