
Terry Laughlin, Vice President of National Sales and Marketing, Central Region, for Univision Television Group, joined the premier Spanish-language media company in the United States, in 2000. He is directly responsible for the development of new business for all Univision owned and operated stations and affiliates as well as all owned and operated stations and affiliates for Telefutura, UnivisionÃs new 24-hour Spanish-language broadcast network.
Laughlin came to Univision from Lois/EJL Advertising in Chicago after 15 years with the agency in a succession of executive positions. As Vice President and Account Director he supervised major client accounts, such as Osco and Sav-on Drug Stores and was responsible for all TV, radio advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion and marketing research for this client.
Laughlin has also held several key advertising agency management positions including Flair Communications Agency (Where he was responsible for all promotional activity on the Dairy Management, Inc account, featuring the award winning "Got Milk" marketing campaign), Grey Chicago Advertising and Cartan Tours, a division a AVCO Financial Services.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Dartmouth College and his MBA from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Laughlin lives in Chicago and has two children.
