The two businesses are part of Citigroup's Global Transaction

2006.
Prior to his position in Agency and Trust, George spent four years as
the Regional Sales Director of Citibank's Depositary Receipt Services
business, based in Singapore with responsibility for new client and

and privatizations.
George joined Citibank in 1997. Prior to coming to Citibank, he spent
eight years with The Chase Manhattan Bank, managing sales teams in
various capacities for Europe, Middle East, and Africa; Latin America;
and Asia/Pacific. George received his B.A. from Dartmouth College and
his M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International
Studies. He has been involved in numerous philanthropic and
educational initiatives, and currently serves as the Treasurer of the
King's Academy Board of Trustees, and the President of the Phi Delta
Alpha Corporation at Dartmouth College.
We are proud to have Gig join our Board. He and John initially
met in London on one leg of his Global Walk and discovered that they
both attended Deerfield Academy and Dartmouth College. Gig was
instrumental in arranging Dr. John's trip to Jordan under the auspices
of King Abdullah. John spoke to Gig's fraternity at Dartmouth.
